I’m Lily, the owner of Lily’s Woofs & Walks, providing small-group dog walking and pet care for small to medium-sized dogs in Mudeford and the surrounding areas.
My experience with animals began in Spain, where I grew up around my stepdad’s dog walking and boarding business. Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience through professional dog walking, kennels, private care, volunteering with charities and supporting dogs within my local community. I’ve worked with dogs of different ages, breeds and temperaments, including energetic, nervous and reactive dogs.
I have completed Diploma-level training in Dog Training, Dog Care and Dog Behaviour, and I’m Dog First Aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked. I also have experience caring for other animals, including cats, chickens and tortoises.
Animal welfare is important to me both professionally and personally. I previously volunteered with a rescue charity that is particularly close to my heart and have proudly raised over £1,000 to support their work.
Then there’s Bobbie, my Patterjack, business partner and, according to her, the boss! She’s been part of the journey from the beginning and has certainly kept me on my toes along the way.
Today, I run Lily’s Woofs & Walks full-time, keeping my dog-walking groups small so that dogs can enjoy socialising, exploring and exercising in a safe and well-managed environment. I believe good care starts with understanding each dog as an individual and providing the right balance of exercise, enrichment and attention.
I’m based in Mudeford and regularly explore the local beaches, woodland, parks and countryside with the dogs in my care.
My aim is to provide reliable, professional and attentive care that you can feel confident leaving your pet with.
